Spacious, cozy home located in a friendly neighborhood on a cul-de-sac. Plenty of space for friends and family - Large living room, dining table for 10 and another for 5, two bedrooms with king sized beds, one with a queen and the fourth with two twin over full bunkbeds. 40" smart TVs in every bedroom. New bedding, linens, pillows and towels. Games and puzzles in the living room cabinets. Plenty to entertain you nearby and if you choose to stay in.

With so many amenities near by and with access to Interstate 24 being less than 1 mile away, there's no shortage of shopping, dining and places to visit.

The check-in process was very easy which I appreciated after a 4 hour flight with 4 kids. The house was tidy and the host kept in contact when he needed to. Location was great because it was out of the hustle and bustle, but only a 30 minute drive to get to things to do like downtown Nashville, The Zoo, and historic Franklin. There were plenty of beds which was great! My kids had room to spread out and relax unlike how they would in a hotel or smaller house. The check-out instructions were simple and clear.

Quick Family Trip

We came down for a couple of days to visit some family. The location of this house was perfect for our visit (we went to Nolensville and downtown Nashville) traffic was quiet a bit heavier than expected but again location of house was great. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet, our kids enjoying playing with a few of the neighbor kids. Andrew was very responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend this property.

Enjoyable stay

The pictures on the website don’t truly represent the home, it is even more beautiful in person! The home is spacious and has everything you’d need in the kitchen. There are toys, a tree house, and lots of room for the kids to run around. There are books for kids and adults. The beds were comfortable so everyone slept well throughout our stay. The neighborhood was pleasant and the neighbors were friendly. There wasn’t anything we weren’t happy with. I would highly recommend this home for your Nashville stay!!
