This Property is Pet (Dogs) Friendly. Read before booking! We're happy to welcome dogs, but there are a few important guidelines to follow: • Advance Notice Required: You must notify the management company in advance if you plan to bring a dog. Please include your dog's breed, weight, and age. The Pet Fee will be added to your reservation. Bringing an unauthorized pet or failing to pay the required pet fee will result in a $500 unauthorized pet fee, immediate eviction, and forfeiture of all rental payments, as this is a breach of our Rental Contract. • Dog Size Limit: One or two (2) dogs allowed up to 75 pounds total. • Pet Fees: o 1 dog • $175 minimum for any reservation up to 1 week • $275 minimum past 1 week up to per month o 2 dogs • $275 minimum for any reservation up to 1 week • $399 minimum past 1 week up to per month Not Permitted: • No dogs under 12 months old must be housebroken, neutered, or spayed. • The following breeds (and any mixes thereof) are not allowed: Akita, Australian Blue Heeler, Boxer, Bull Mastiff, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, English Bulldog, Great Dane, Husky (any type), Malamute, Mastiff (any variation), Pit Bull (any mix), Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Wolf-dog hybrid. We reserve the right to decline any dog for any reason. Rules While On Property: • Dogs must be leashed and restrained at all times outside the unit. • Dogs are not allowed in the pool area. • All dog walks must take defecation off the association property. The city property is usually the sidewalk and away from the property. • Per County Ordinance, dogs are not allowed on the beach. • Excessive barking will result in eviction of the dog, guests, and renters from the property.
Service Animals (defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities) and Emotional Support Animals (“Emotional support animal” means an animal that does not require training to do work, perform tasks, provide assistance, or provide therapeutic emotional support by virtue of its presence which alleviates one or more identified symptoms or effects of a person's disability) are welcome. HUD also defines Assistance Animals as “An assistance animal is an animal that works, provides assistance, or performs tasks for the benefit of a person with a disability, or that provides emotional support that alleviates one or more identified effects of a person's disability. An assistance animal is not a pet.” We are happy to accommodate guests with assistance animals, adhering to online booking sites policies and all applicable laws. Florida Statute addresses this in Chapter 760.27, DISCRIMINATION IN THE TREATMENT OF PERSONS; MINORITY REPRESENTATION. We do not ask for documentation for either ESAs, Assistance Animals or Service Animals.

Great location, beautiful decor, and beautiful beach views, but the condo was poorly maintained, especially relative to the cost of our stay. Plaster was peeling and falling from the ceiling throughout the living room and master bedroom, missing closet knobs, broken bathroom exhaust fans, and a balcony that had stained and broken furniture and that felt unsafe because the railing was wobbly and the whole structure shook. The building exterior also appeared neglected, with chipped/missing paint, missing/deteriorating wood trim and siding in several locations. The property has potential, but it needs significant maintenance.
Great location. It is within 5-10 minutes of most things you need or want: restaurants, charter fishing, bait shops groceries, putt-putt golf, ice cream galore. The condo does not have the amenities of the larger condos such as pools, etc. but it is literally right on the beach. It is great to walk easily back and forth to use the condo. It also has a storage closet with all the beach equipment you could need: chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, bikes.The only consideration is you have to go up 4 flights of stairs to access the condo and the master bedroom is up another flight of stairs. It has covered parking for one car and adequate parking for a second.The condo itself if bright and spacious. The upstairs master bedroom overlooks the living area below but is glassed in to reduce any sound. The balcony off the living area is a little small but will easily seat 4. It is the only direct view to the ocean.
Beautiful unit with a beautiful beachfront view. We saw dolphins every morning and beautiful sunsets every evening from the balcony. Unit is well stocked.
We really enjoyed our stay here! The location right next to the beach was perfect and the house was decorated and equipped with love and dedication. Here and there the house needs some smaller repairs. We can absolutely recommend this apartment.

We decided to go to the beach for Christmas this year and found this house as the perfect venue. When we arrive to Seabreeze and sunshine. The house is fully equipped with everything that you could need or want. The views were breathtaking and it was a nice getaway.

Great location on a beautiful and quiet beach. House had a great view, was quiet and had all of the amenities one could need. Really cool ocean themed decor throughout. We really enjoyed the stay. A couple of opportunities for things that could be improved: The elevator was broken which made it difficult for my mother-in-law to come and go, because it required her to climb four flights of stairs. Rules around check-in/out times (after 4pm, before 10am) and temperature restrictions for the unit (max AC could not go below 74 degrees), were a bit excessive.

What a beautiful property with the best sunset views! Relaxing, easy to chill and beach is awesome. Had a turtle nest right outside and two hatched while there! Also water perfect for snorkeling for sand dollars at low tide! Can't wait to come back!
