This amazing beach house is within minutes of walking to Huntington beach and downtown. Home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood with 3 stories, 2875 square feet. Huge primary bedroom with large bathroom / walk-in-closet. Two large bedrooms on second floor, each with en-suite bathrooms, one with private balcony. Second floor family room / office with massage chair and large 4k OLED TV. This modern, elegant, and light & bright beach house is fully furnished for your enjoyment.

Modern amenities include a fantastic kitchen with large island / barstool seating, a massive 6-burner+grill and double oven range, beverage center fridge, and built-in custom appliances. Large gas fireplace with 4k OLED TV. On the main floor, the kitchen, living room and dining room, and sitting area are located in one open space. Large accordion doors open to the patio to facilitate the indoor/outdoor Southern California lifestyle. All bedrooms have full ensuite bathrooms. The house has lots of windows making it light and bright to enjoy the SoCal sunshine.

This home is very conveniently close to all that Huntington Beach has to offer. Both beach and downtown are a 5-7 minute comfortable walk. Three short blocks to the bustling HB Downtown area with plenty of restaurants and shops. Larger grocery stores, such as Ralph's and Trader Joe's, are about a mile away. The fabulous Pacific City outdoor shopping mall with a gallery of restaurants is fully opened and is less than 10 minute walk. The famous Huntington Beach Pier is straight down Main Street with miles of beaches and bike paths to enjoy.

Because Huntington Beach has amazing weather almost year around, the house comes with boogie boards, beach chairs/towels, bicycles, and other sports/beach accessories. The patio is equipped with large BBQ with external range burners and Pizza oven, gas fire pit, and plenty of dining and lounge seating.

The house has a 2-car garage. The street is quiet and generally has plenty of street parking for guests.

Dear Raquel, It's unfortunate that you weren't happy at the fact that we inquired you about your dog. When you made the reservation, you failed to mention about your dog coming. Since you're staying for a month, we would very likely allow a well trained dog to stay. But as a courtesy, whether your dog is a service dog or not, we would like to be notified in advance. Regardless, we did let the issue go and let your family continue your stay at the property. We understand per VRBO's policies, you probably felt that you didn't have to disclose anything about your pet, since you verbally claimed it's a service dog, and there's nothing the property owners can do anything about it. But please understand we work hard to deliver a beautiful place for your family to enjoy your vacation (I still have the text message you sent to us on your date of arrival thanking us and told us the house is beautiful). In return, we also expect you to be honest and upfront on who will be staying at our property. We do hope that you will extend this courtesy to other property owners should you choose to use VRBO or Airbnb or similar type of services. Thank you and regards, Jim and Tina
