Hi Erick... I regret that you had that experience, but unfortunately, that's something totally out of my control. Very rarely, they cut the water in certain areas of the complex, and we've been told that is due to necessary maintenance. Again, I wish this wouldn't have happened to you; I would've been frustrated as well. However, I also want to thank you for your second visit despite this prior inconvenience.
