PARKING – Only 1 car will be allowed to park in front of the townhomes at all times. In the event there is an additional car, it must be parked in the west parking spaces. There is an open parking policy in the parking lot of the complex.
***Vehicle Length Maximum Parking***
Vehicles exceeding 202 inches in length or 90 inches in width including mirrors must park in the western most part of the parking area only (that portion nearest to highway A1A).
**Vehicles exceeding either of these measurements may not be parked on any other areas of the property. If you are in a smaller vehicle, please park elsewhere, if available.
This rule does not apply to vehicles with official handicap tags parked in the marked handicap parking spaces.
Guests would have access to the entire condo during their stay. There is a shared communal pool on the property.
Please note - the minimum stay length is 3 days per our HOA regulations.
Our condo is located in the Tradewinds Condo Complex. The buildings in the complex are 3 stories. Guests will enter our condo on the second floor of the building. Please note that our condo is on two levels (occupying the 2nd and 3rd level of the building) - the first floor is the main living space and the bedrooms are located on the second floor.
EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT
Guests should know that we can sometimes accommodate early check-in times or later check-out times. Please message via the messaging system to inquire further. We do ask for a $50 service fee for adjusting the check-in or check out time. Please note early check-in and late check-out fees are separate.
