**LINENS AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE**

3 bedroom 2 bathroom beachfront property that sleeps 10 comfortably. This house includes high speed internet, 4 flat screen tv's with satellite, fully stocked kitchen with a regular drip coffee maker and an island for cooking and entertaining. The deck furniture includes table/high backed chairs and picnic table for outdoor dining and loungers for suntanning. Downstairs is an outdoor shower and charcoal BBQ pit. (Charcoal, lighter fluid, and paper products such as toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags are not provided.)

In the master bedroom there is a king, bed; the second bedroom has 2 double beds and the third bedroom has 2 twin over double bunk beds. Beautifully decorated, light and airy, located in the quiet subdivision of Cloon... this house is perfect for some peace and quiet.

Small dogs, 35lbs or less, are allowed with pet fee. All Swede’s Real Estate vacation rentals are NON-SMOKING properties.

Awesome Location, Beautiful House

A lot of rules and you pay money for them to clean yet your almost on egg shells with the rules and gotta leave made like when you got there, I’m trying to vacation people.
