Steps from the house is a sparkling, private, fenced pool for everyone to enjoy or simply catch some sun in the multiple chaise lounges and chairs. Enjoy the convenience of the outdoor shower and fish cleaning area with a sink.
Inside guests can enjoy the newly remodeled kitchen with stainless steel countertops and appliances. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare coastal feasts with plenty of seating during mealtime at the dining table, bar stools, and on the screened porch.
This relaxing living room offers a large and comfy couch for lounging, two club chairs, and a swivel chair. A laundry room with washer/dryer is located just around the corner from the living area.

Our stay was excellent! The house was clean and well stocked. Great location to walk to beach and central to island amenities. Beds were very comfortable. The pool and outside area were a great addition. We also enjoyed the screened in porch area. Host was incredibly attentive and communicated well. We will be staying again.

Great location, Amazing Pool

We’ve stayed in many different homes on SGI over 12 years and this is one of the best. Plenty of room, a very well-stocked kitchen and a beautiful pool and fenced-in yard which is rare. Beach access was a straight shot directly through the side yard and less than a mile walk to town on the path or beach. We’ll be back!

We had an amazing time at The Palms

We have always stayed on the west end of the island and decided to give the east side a try. This house was perfect for us. The location of this house made it very easy to get to the shops and restaurants and was an easy walk to the beach. The backyard is amazing, and our fur babies thoroughly enjoyed being able to have room to play. GO SGI Vacation Properties is top notch and supplies the house with everything you would need and more. Roxanne gives such personable service and helps in any way she can. Definitely will stay here again.

We enjoyed the character of this old house. The host was pretty easy to work with and allowed us access a little early, which was awesome after the long drive. The alarm on the porch door out to the pool was a great addition with the two year old. The kids also appreciated the games in the living room.
