More than meets the Eye...
**First thing 1st be very careful when booking any property that requires a deposit for electricity**
Pros:
House is centrally located in a decent traveling zone to get to and from many destinations in Punta Cana.
The neighborhood is pretty quite.
Cameras are on property site but please be aware that tenant will activate and view live camera feeds and images at anytime during your stay which is a privacy issue for me.
Cons:
The cost of daily electricity is not calculated on the overall total amount of the cost to stay.
The house gets super hot. No fan or AC unit is available in the common living area which causes the guest to try and utilize the upstair AC units in each room to cool down the house. Which in turn raises the cost of the daily electricity usage.
The house is not equipped with a microwave, any fans or an ironing board in case you may want to iron your clothes.
The washer and dryer is very small and did not work as well.
Water pressure fluctuates from normal to nothing when taking showers or even just brushing your teeth.
The master bedroom shower glass door is faulty and unable to close correctly.
No wipedown rinse shower outside after being in pool.
More towel is needed
The tenant does not effectively communicate with guest about workers coming to property to work on the pool or the yard.....random people or strangers would be on property working and that's a safety issue as well when you haven't been informed ahead of time.
