Our charming stand-alone all-brick home features 2 cozy bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, a bright living space, and a beautifully covered outdoor patio—perfect for relaxing, dining, or enjoying a quiet evening under the lights. Designed with a warm, modern touch, the space is clean, comfortable, and feels like home from the moment you arrive.

You’ll be in a prime location—less than 10 minutes to Downtown Austin, the Moody Center, and the University of Texas at Austin. Enjoy live music and nightlife on 6th Street, explore the scenic trails at Lady Bird Lake, or shop and dine in the vibrant Mueller District.

Cool off with a swim at Barton Creek Greenbelt or enjoy festivals and outdoor events at Zilker Park. You’re also conveniently located about 10 minutes from The Domain and only 15 minutes from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport.

Located in a quiet, family-oriented neighborhood, you’ll often see neighbors walking their dogs, enjoying morning or evening strolls, and spending time with their families. Our home sits in a safe and peaceful cul-de-sac, offering a calm and relaxing environment.

There is plenty of free street parking directly in front of the house, and we also have a private driveway available for guest use.

The home is single-story and designed with accessibility in mind. The front entrance is wheelchair accessible with a small ramp over one step for easy entry. Please note, while the home is accessible, the bathroom features a standard bathtub and does not include a walk-in shower.
