I was born on the beautiful Caribbean Island of St. Lucia, in the southern coastal village of Laborie. Immigrated to the US at an early age where I completed most of my formal education. Returning to this gem of an island brings back sweet childhood memories.

St. Lucia is home. Laborie is where I began my early development and appreciation for culture, community, people, and everything in nature. It was only fitting to return home to build my dream vacation home with all of my unique experiences wrapped up in its development to include its name. "Mango Verte Escape"... Mango verte means green mango in Creole/ French. This mango retains its green color with a hint of yellowish orange and scattered black spots when ripen. No other mango is sweeter. Has been my favorite mango since childhood, especially during my many summer days at the river. Still brings back oh-so-sweet memories of joy, happiness, freedom, fearlessness, confidence, and friendship. That is what I would like each of my guests to find in this property.
