Thank you for the lovely stay in FBX!

We enjoyed our time at this townhome. It’s in a great location and the neighborhood was very quiet. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for the few days we stayed. There were so many small kitchen appliances (mixer, toaster, InstaPot, etc). The beds and linens were very nice and comfortable. I did have a question for the property manager and called the # provided. Even on a Sunday morning, the quick response to our inquiry was greatly appreciated. We would definitely consider another stay in the future. Thank you!

video cameras inside property, unreasonable contract, no heat, STAY AWAY

Would not recommend this property. 1) There was an interior security camera on the property. 2) They wanted us to sign a contract outside of VRBO that stated "The Guest shall leave the Premises in a ready to rent condition at the expiration of this Agreement, defined by the Host as being immediately habitable by the next Guest." The wording on the contract allowed them to charge you money if the house was not immediately habitable while at the same time they charged a cleaning fee. 3) All bedrooms are upstairs and they locked the upstairs thermostat so there was no heat upstairs. The temperature outside was in the negatives. It was VERY cold in the house. 4) They had a long list of chores at checkout which included putting the trash outside into the porch trash can, however it was impossible to complete since there was no exterior porch trash can.

Great place to stay.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great place to stay. It was close to everything we had on our agenda. It was very clean, well stocked and the furniture was comfortable except for the easy chair and master bed which were too low.
