perfect lake house

It’s exactly what you think of when you think lake house, some parts old, but they did a great job renovating the second level. Plenty of room, everything you need on hand, and best yet dog friendly.

I divide my time between Lake Michigan and South Florida. I love life in Palisades Park. It's such an active community. I am a former educator. Retired now and loving the beach life

Why they chose this property

Summer Wind cottage is located on the lake and in the central park of Palisades. Near the ice cream shop and community gathering space which offers music and get-togethers during the summer.

What makes this property unique

Summer Wind cottage is two stories and has a 180 degree view of Lake Michigan from the second story. The main story has a porch and patio where people spend the majority of their time.
