Stay at this brand new all-suite hotel in Austin, just steps away from all the entertainment on 6th street, for an authentic Texan vacation, including fine Southern hospitality and charm.

The 1 Bedroom unit ranges from 647 - 774 sq. feet (may vary) and comes fitted with a King bed and a Queen Sleeper Sofa to accommodate up to 4 guests. It includes a full bathroom, full kitchen, 2 TVs (one in bedroom and one in living room), DVD player (in most units), Ceiling fans (one in bedroom and one in living room), Washer/Dryer in unit, and an in room safe for valuables.

Please note that only around half of the 1 Bedroom Deluxe units have balconies. If you would like a balcony, please let us know after booking so we can request a balcony with the resort, but it is not guaranteed.

Includes elevator access. Stairs can also be accessed.

Guests have access to all of the resort's common areas and amenities, when available.

NOT AS ADVERTISED. DISAPPOINTED

I will start with the positive, the location was good to downtown, and the establishment was neat and clean. The condo was very nice. The disappointments: 1. NOT AS ADVERTISED We rented this particular location strictly for the ROOF TOP POOL so prominently advertised. We live only 1 hr from Austin and had tickets to a show on Sunday night, so we decided to make a weekend of it, and enjoy the pool at this location. IMMEDIATELY as we checked in we were informed the pool was closed for SCHEDULED updates from 9/6 - 9/11 (note our stay was 9/9-9/11). We booked the location 3 weeks in advance, so we absolutely should have been informed of this scheduled updates. WE WERE NOT INFORMED PRIOR. No one at the location, nor the property owner wanted to take ownership for this. We had no plans other than to relax at the pool and the show Sunday evening. We didn't even stay the 2nd night, since the pool wouldn't open until AFTER our checkout time on Monday. A waste of our money and our weekend time. We were offered only $149 refund, which wasn't even half of what we paid. 2. You are then ushered to the Concierge desk, where they attempt to get you to sign up for a sales pitch to buy into their vacation club. They were very nice, until you you thank them for the offer and you are not interested, the gal displayed very unprofessional behavior. Think twice before booking - if there is an issue, not easy to resolve, unless you take a loss and accept disappointment.
