We had a wonderful week staying at Robert's place in Hyde Park. Clean, comfortable, well-stocked, great location, walkable to several good restaurants and stores or a short drive for sight-seeing and exploring. It was a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. I was able to work remotely and sleep well. Would definitely stay here again!

Cozy home that’s convenient to getting the most out of a stay in Austin. Walking distance to so much - great food and iconic Austin sights - great landing pad in an historic Austin neighborhood for a short or long stay. 5 stars on all counts! Hope to be able to stay here again if returning to Austin in the future.

Perfect vrbo rental

The was perfect for my wife and I during or visit with family in north Austin. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful with classic older Austin homes. The house is recently remodeled with modern amenities. Our host Robert was available via email to answer any question we had, with a response usually within a few minutes. We could not have been happier. Thank you Robert for making this beautiful house available on vrbo.

Great house in the city

The house was a great place to stay for a long weekend. The host was very responsive and went out of his way to be flexible as we were discussing check-in and check-out. Even though the house only has two bedrooms, it feels much bigger due to the cathedral ceiling over the living area. The house has a modern look with a well appointed kitchen (very neat) and even though we didn't cook, it would be easy for somebody to accomplish that. Dining table easily fits four people and the living room has space for even more. Very cute sitting area in front of entry door. We've been to Austin several times and love this neighborhood. Many people are out jogging, riding bikes, or walking their dogs. The neighborhood has a very welcoming feel. A short drive to UT and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.
