Pulling up to your stay, you'll instantly take notice of the home's mature landscaping, leading you to the front door. The main living room boasts ample seating, a fireplace, and a large projector screen - perfect for movie nights! Relax here while the chef of your family practices their craft in the full kitchen. After whipping up something delicious, dine at the breakfast bar, dining table, or alfresco by the pool.

Speaking of which, a true focal point of the home awaits right out back. Here, you can dip into the turquoise waters of an enclosed private pool. Whether you're lounging near it or going for a dip, comfort, and enjoyment are guaranteed. Be sure to try it at night, too. Your home's soft lighting and scenic views of the sky as the sun sets make for a breathtaking sight. Or, practice your barbecuing skills on the provided gas grill.

Entertainment and relaxation can be found easily. Challenge a loved one to a game of pool, or indulge in a soak in the primary bedroom's en suite bathroom, equipped with an impressive soaking tub. Two additional twin pullouts beds can be rolled out if extra sleeping space is needed. Rest assured that you will be content and comfortable with the soft bedding, central air-conditioning, and ample sprawling space. You will appreciate having access to a private washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
