What's not to love! This house is situated in a very peaceful neighborhood within walking distance to everything that Poipu has to offer.
World famous beaches, restaurants, resorts and spas. Being in the Poipu Kai Resort provides Guest Pools, Tennis, and an expansive greenbelt that leads you to the famous South Shore beaches. Shipwreck Beach is a 5-minute walk where you can hike to the top of a cliff for an amazing sunrise. Poipu Beach is a 15-minute walk to the most popular beach and sunset.
The space
Our house has individual air conditioning in every room.
Furnished 3 Queen beds. Master bedroom opens to full Lanai Puka stone deck and very private landscaped backyard lined with tropical plants including papaya and avocado trees. The tropical plants surround the home. The surprise just off the Master bedroom Lanai is an expansive enclosed hot/cold outdoor Lava rock shower with rain head.
The Kitchen Lanai includes a rock lined herb garden. Fully landscaped courtyard, which has seating to provide the perfect spot for dinner and socializing or just relaxing. The kitchen has been remodeled within the last 5 years with new cabinets, sink with reverse osmosis Water filtration system, and granite counters with new appliances. House has 2 full baths with one adjoining the 2nd bedroom.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return POOL-FOB-Key to back section of silverware drawer. Turn Off AC in all the rooms.
Move outdoor chairs under the eaves out of the weather.
Garbage disposal at top of driveway on Tuesday and Friday AM.. Leave in closed plastic bags the night before or early on Tuesday or Friday morning.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Beach items provided at side of the garage with the work bench. Chairs, mats, Umbrella, Boogie, Wavestorm boards, Ice chests, Cooler bags.
Tenants may NOT use the items between the S.U.V. and the wall in the garage. (personal bikes and surfbaords). When using AC close door -shutters.

Absolutely amazing. Beautiful house with gorgeous gardens that provide privacy and an awesome outdoor shower. Our family stayed for 10 days and had a glorious time. Has literally everything in it you may need for your stay and is impeccably maintained due to the fact it’s the owners’ residence for part of the year. Rent here and treat it well so they continue to open it as a rental!! This place is a gem.

Exceptional Rental

The photos and description are exactly as the property is. It is in the best spot in Poipu for walking and exploring the nearby beaches. The neighborhood is extemely peaceful and quiet. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. The best part is the outdoor shower. It is absolutely amazing. The hosts also are fabulous to work with.

Poipu -Linaka Street Home

This was a perfect house for our family visit to Kauai. We love Kauai and have been coming here for over 20 years. The home is in a quiet neighborhood, close to the Grand Hyatt. In five minutes you can walk to Shipwreck Beach and in 10 minutes, to Poipu Beach. The house is lovely - three bedrooms, two bathrooms and an outdoor shower. The hosts are extremely nice and communicative! We had access to beach towels, chairs and parked our rental car in their driveway. Fully stocked kitchen for meals at the house. Great home for a family visit - close to everything in Poipu/Koloa! The gardens are amazing - papaya trees, dragonfruit, pineapple plants and an herb garden. Really delightful. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again! Mahalo!
