Things you need to know!
The condo was new/fresh/clean! Pools “the best”! However….there was no instructions for NEEDED commodities. We had to ask residents living there how to haul water (can’t drink the water in that condo). It is NOT close to grocery stores/restaurants. Bus system easy but no one explained how to use! Finally…..I have a disability walking. I asked for a simple ease by needing a chair with arms to be placed on the balcony for safety from falls. There were a ton in the lobby not being used (chair light and easy to carry). The management said “yes” to the chair (after thinking about it). Everyday I went down to ask about the simple request to have the chair in my room. I never got the chair after a 2 week stay. Staff just sitting in the lobby unhelpful. Beautiful condo……POORLY ran. Wouldn’t return! They could easily have full instructions in a small book in the condo on how “things work”. Instead you have to rely on asking other residents. Soooooo frustrating. Staff NOT helpful. If you go to this lovely condo remember you need to bring EVERYTHING for daily comfort (from water to salt/pepper to your own chair)!
