Guests in the lower unit brought in a puppy they claimed was a service dog. When the dog owners went out, the dog barked continually. The toilet ran the entire stay. There was clumps of dust on the floors. The kitchen sink was damaged and looked dirty. The unit is in a great location and the town is spectacular. I will visit Cedar key again but I'm not sure I would use your rentals.
The construction is a bit rough and the location is really good. We were able to walk to breakfast and shops. The host was super responsive and helpful. The unit is basic but had everything we needed for the night.

The condo was central to everything, well stocked, beautifully decorated and comfortable. We enjoyed our morning coffee out on the balcony and our evening cocktail. We walked everywhere to art galleries, restaurants, bars, and shopping. We will be back to stay here again!!

This unit is right in downtown Cedar Key. You can park your vehicle and walk to anything you want - eating, shopping, public beach, boat ramps, walk to see the sunsets, rent a golf cart - whatever you need to get, it is very close by.
The unit itself was very clean and modernly furnished - this is perfect for two people looking to escape the regular hustle and stress of daily life. My spouse and I both found the bed to be quite comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, the kitchenette was perfect for what we needed, and there was plenty of room to relax on the couch or on one of the chairs on the balcony. The AC worked great too - very relaxing place to enjoy Cedar Key.
The Management company was very easy to work with and responded quickly to any of our emails.
This was a great place to unplug, unwind, and just plain relax.
