This is the top of the building with crazy views of the town center and the cruise ship ports. Walk to at least 6 different independent coffee shops and about 50 restaurants. We tipped the staff working the door and 30 over our whole stay and they were fantastic. When they saw us arrive they would get the elevator coming down then run back to open the front door for us. Pool on the roof is small and the hot tub was about 90 degrees, but the 360 degree view of Cozumel is amazing. The unit and building are new and look like it. Everything was spotless. Will stay here again.

Distrito 601 is a great unit in a really unique condo complex. The tallest building in the downtown, our condo is the penthouse in this 18 unit complex. The views are breathtaking! You can spend hours just watching the big cruise ships come in and out.

What really sets Distrito 601 apart is its location in the center of the city. You can walk to just about everything from numerous wonderful restaurants to several supermarkets. If you are looking for luxury in the center of the city, look no further.
