The property presents as exceptionally well-maintained, featuring a clean environment suitable for pets. The swimming pool is treated, clean, and heated, providing an enjoyable experience for the family.
The host handled a tough situation very well. We arrived to having no running water, a realtor who didn’t clean up after an open house, and toilets that weren’t flushed because of the lack of water. The host resolved the issue in under two hours and the house met our needs of a place to sleep while in town for a trade show. The home is nice but it is apparent it’s in the process of being sold with temp furniture and a few empty rooms. Best of luck selling the property.

Disliked: Listing accuracy
This house is in the process of being sold, and isn't really set up to be a vacation rental. The furnishings are basic and minimal. There weren't a lot of towels available, and what was there was low quality and mismatched. Instead of hand or face towels in the master bedroom, they provided 2 rolls of paper towels. The WiFi worked only minimally. The gate to get into the property had to be manually moved, and it was quite heavy, requiring two people. We weren't able to use the garage because the owner's car was there, and a pool table also was stored there. The backyard grill was extremely dirty, with years of accumulated grease, and the heat source also didn't function properly. One side of the backyard screen door was smashed and not usable (although it was covered up), and the other door was very hard to move. The icemaker in the freezer didn't work, so we had to purchase ice (and it was hot in Vegas that weekend). The house itself is a relatively nice house, even if the surrounding area isn't very nice.
The house is a great set up for a group of six individuals or six couples. Lots of bathrooms and beds. It is well appointed and worked out great for us. What was missing was a welcome note or book that would let us know how to access the Internet, control the air-conditioning, and other devices around the house. After several back-and-forths with the host we finally got a Wi-Fi code that worked. We were unable to get any channels on the television as well. There is a roller gate at the driveway which requires a little bit of muscle to open and close. It was not a problem for us but could be for older folks. Also, the sliding glass door from the living room to the pool was very difficult to slide and needs some maintenance. I was worried the handle would break off from the first required to slide it. The main refrigerator was too warm which we discovered on our first morning when it was 58 inside. Fortunately, there's another large refrigerator in the pantry and we moved everything to that. The pool was not very warm and would not be comfortable for swimming even though they claim it is heated. I think they could use a Handyman for a few hours to take care of some of the little maintenance issues. The neighborhood is not pretty, but the location is convenient for access to the strip, golf, hiking, etc.
The House is incredibly awesome and beautiful! Great space, they really put together a gorgeous home. Wonderful layout to spend time with friends and family / professionals. From the kitchen to the bathrooms. Very well made.
The house is very beautiful, and huge. Lots of room for lots of people. Nice outdoor patio area. The pool and jacuzzi are nice, but know they do not come automatically heated. They were cold when we got there. We reached out to the host and was told we were supposed to give 24 hour notice and pay 250 if we wanted them heated. Nowhere in the description is this noted. It also wasn't until hours before check in that we were told to "stay away from the exposed area where there was an in ground trampoline" and "one of the outer panes on a sliding glass door was shattered." We are a family of grandparents, kids and grandkids in town for a family funeral. This information should be disclosed in the home description. The hole in the ground from where the trampoline was is not only an eye sore, but also very dangerous for little kids. Like I said, the home is convenient and beautiful, but it could also use some TLC. We never found a booklet of instructions, wifi password or checkout instructions. A few updates could make this a perfect stay.
