Place was perfect had plenty of room and we loved the amenities. Whoever set the place up did a great job! The cooking utensils and pots and pans were the nicest I’ve had at a vacation rental home and we would definitely stay again thanks for the hospitality.

Really great property! Large pool and great hot tub. The house is spacious with some separation to the rooms and pretty well equipped kitchen. Lots of games for activities or chill by the pool, both great choices here. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Absolutely amazing. Awesome house with tons of space. Amazing backyard with an awesome pool and tons of other activities to do as well. We wanted a luxurious place to relax and we definitely did get that. 100% would stay again.

We had an outstanding stay at the Grand Oasis! The place was extremely clean and was stocked with everything you could need. The outdoor space was fantastic, we utilized the hot tub and the kids loved the pickle ball court and basketball hoop.

Everything in the description of this property is accurate. Location, cleanliness, spacious, awesome backyard etc. We had 9 people staying in this property and it was perfect for what we wanted.

House was impecably clean. Only thing missing was dish towels, so had to use alot of paper towels . Would highly recomend this house. Very spacious .

The house is well done! Everything is up to date. Outside is beautiful. Smart decision to put turf down so it always look so green. After walking the hot tub is wonderful so make sure you pay to heat it. All showers were great but the outside shower was pretty

Our family had a lovely stay here over Thanksgiving. The house was well appointed and had extra pillows, blankets, towels. Hot water in the shower and sinks was quick to heat. The kitchen was also well stocked with cooking supplies and kitchen gadgets, and we made a large family meal using the oven and stovetop, though there were no kitchen towels and the coffee filters were limited. The pool was wonderful and the heater stayed hot which was great (and the heated pool was the main reason why we chose this house). The kids loved the putting green, pickleball court, basketball court and bags - so many amenities! The neighborhood is a bit mixed and you cannot use the garage as it's for storage, but overall we did not have any issues with parking outside. House was pretty conveniently located to drive or get an uber to the Strip. Would recommend this place for a family or friends gathering!

This is a wonderful property. It felt secluded and private and like being at a resort but without all the strangers! The pool was spacious enough for several people to be on floaties without feeling crowded. There were plenty of lounge chairs and the cabanas were wonderful for some shade.We didn’t use the fire pits but would have if we hadn’t gone out each night. We loved the pickleball court! In short, there were a lot of options to keep every guest entertained. The house itself is well laid out with a big kitchen and open main room. We grilled steaks one night and enjoyed a family style meal at the huge table. Double dishwashers is a perfect touch! The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. The primary bedrooms were spaced out enough to feel private and the bunkhouse was perfect for the rest of our crew to have some laughs together. Full bunk beds is a great touch too!

This house is in an excellent location between Summerlin and the Arts District. It is very clean with a great pool area and we had great communication with the host. We would highly recommend it and would come back again for sure !!
