About this property

6 Minutes to Phoenix Open / 25 minutes to Super Bowl

Five bedroom, 2 bath, 2,150 sq. ft. Available 2/4/23 to 2/14/23. Set in a nice, quiet family neighborhood so no wild parties. We have another smaller house just blocks away that we will be staying at so if there is a need for any assistance (housekeeping, possible transportation, etc.) we are nearby. That house could be available for rent as well. No pool or spa. 5.5 miles to TPC Phoenix Open and 27 miles to State Farm Stadium Super Bowl. $700/night negotiable depending on number of guests and length of stay. Please reply for interest or additional info.
