The townhouse style living offers huge open concept main living areas, cozy and comfortable spaces, and spacious balcony. All 3 BR`s have TVs, full bath and ample closet space. Short walk to Uptown, Panthers Stadium, Truist Field & more! With a nearby light rail station only minutes away, there are many ways to explore the Queen City of Charlotte!

Enter the front door to the ground floor entry hallway. This first floor ground level includes a guest bedroom and a guest full bathroom, connected to the bedroom as well as the hallway.
★★ Main Living Level ★★
Up the full flight of stairs is the main living level on the second floor. At the top of the stairs you will find a guest half bath which is connected to the dining room. Open concept living flows the kitchen, dining, and living room spaces together for this main living level. Enjoy access to the spacious outdoor balcony that extends from the living room, on the front of the home.

Up the second full flight of stairs to the third floor you will find the second guest bedroom with a walk in closet and a full bath en suite. At the opposite end of the third floor hallway is the primary bedroom with primary bathroom en suite and large walk in closet. Within the hallway there is a double door laundry closet with access to full washer and dryer. Each bedroom has a TV that has streaming capabilities.

Noise decibel monitor present: There is a noise monitoring device indoors which actively records noise decibel levels. It does not record audio or video.

We allow early check-in and late check-out at our unit upon request.
This will depend on the property and the cleaner`s availability.
We implement an early check-in fee and a late check-out fee.

Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Host. Unauthorized late check-outs will incur an additional fee of $50 per hour and charged at the top of each hour thereafter (e.g., checking out at 12:10 PM will result in a $100 fee). This fee covers delays with cleaning staff and turnover schedules. Guests are urged to check out on time to avoid any additional fees. **If Guests would like to see if our cleaners are able to accommodate a late check-out, the LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS must be made 24 HOURS in advance.**
**Please note that as part of the reservation booking process, we ask guests to visit a link to e-sign a rental agreement. In NC, written rental agreements are required to be compliant with the NC Vacation Rental Act. We include them as best practice for our listings in SC. There is also a link to a quick Point of Contact form which is required for Vrbo reservations.
Trust & Safety:
*As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Trust and Safety Fee or your rental rate.
The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $1,500 for content and $1,500 for dwelling. The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Everlong Residential will process the payment using the form of payment on file for the Guest.
