We had a wonderful stay at the Kildahl House! It is clean, cozy, charming. The location is perfect and accessible to to the river and downtown. I loved the connections Andy and Suzanne have made with local businesses to make your stay even more enjoyable!

This is a lovely place to call “home base” while visiting Chicago and surrounding communities. Comfortable, clean, quiet and nicely decorated. My little dogs even had a welcome basket! I wish I could have stayed a bit longer

Wonderful, clean space in an adorable town. We were very happy with our stay. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, and the location was perfect walking distance to nearby coffee shops and restaurants. The space itself was incredibly clean and comfortable. Only note is that you can hear quite a bit of movement if someone is staying in the unit above you, but that feels minuscule in comparison to all the other amenities.

This was an absolutely fantastic stay. The location was incredible with great restaurants within walking distance. The owners communicated everything we could have possibly wondered about ahead of time so the whole stay was incredibly seamless. The property was beautiful and had everything we could have wanted or needed. I don’t think 5 stars are enough for this weekend! Thank you so, so much for an incredible and relaxing experience! You are at the top of our list for the next Chicago trip!

Great spot, great property, great hosts.

I booked this place as a way to explore the mountain bike trails in Carpentersville, and if you are doing the same I really don't think you could find a better rental. Downtown Dundee is right there too with so many places to eat and drink. The property is super-well maintained and the hosts are very responsive if needed.

West Dundee trip.

Great room in a great area. We've stayed in the building before and hope to again when in town visiting family and friends. There are so many fun good restaurants/bars, some with a band playing. Highly recommend one of the unis there.

Loved it!

Loved this space... it was the perfect spot for my solo work retreat. Husband joined me the 2nd night and he loved how cozy and romantic it was. Highly recommend. Will definitely stay there again in the future.

Exceeded expectations!!

We stayed here to break up a long, cross country drive. When we got here, we wished we were staying longer to continue to enjoy the place! The place was decorated with high end furnishings and was very clean. There was a swing on the front porch and a nice seating area in the backyard. The location is within walking distance to numerous bars/restaurants. Hosts had great communication and responded promptly when we had a question. The property was meticulously maintained and we would absolutely stay here again!
