The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious 4 bedroom +studio home that offers a unique space to create memories while visiting Homer. Enjoy the amazing view of the Kachemak Bay, Homer Spit, Chugak Mountains and Grewingk Glacier while grilling on the patio. This is a great choice for a large family or group of friends!

The space
Larkspur Landing is a beautiful home in the heart of Homer with amazing views of Homers infamous Spit from the dining/living areas to spacious deck and bedrooms. Enjoy the convenience of being right in town, close to restaurants, the Pratt Museum, art galleries, shops and all the amenities Homer has to offer.

This home is equipped to provide you with ultimate comfort during your stay. Every room has new Purple mattresses with 100% organic bamboo linens and king pillows. Enjoy a great night sleep surrounded by blackout curtains.

We have everything you need for kids of all ages including pac n' play, high chair, baby gate, games, books and toys.

Larkspur Landing offers a main house with 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths with a bonus studio complete with its own private kitchen and bathroom. The studio has a private entry and sleeps 2 comfortably with a king bed. Guests can enjoy their own secluded space while also conveniently accessing the main house through the garage.

Fishing Trip

Janell’s house was a perfect place for our group to relax and recuperate in the evenings after days of fishing. The house is in a nice, quiet location with the right amenities and a great view. We will definitely see if this place is available the next time we are in Homer.

Perfect spot for large family

We had a family reunion over the 4th of July. This was the perfect spot to accommodate everyone! It was well stocked, we had everything we needed for the entire stay. The beds were extremely comfortable with nice linens. It was a short drive to town and the spit. The house was very clean. We would stay here again!

Breathtaking views, beautiful home

Perfect home for a family or friends trip. The small apartment off of the garage gives great privacy for those in the group that need their alone time. Beautiful view, comfortable home with everything you could possibly need. The sunroom off of the bottom floor was cozy and peaceful to hang with others or read a book on your own. The host was readily available to answer any and all questions. We were even lucky enough to have a couple of moose visit our yard. Would definitely recommend!!

Homer Getaway

This property and location were perfect for our group! Not too far from the spit and harbor, plus we were able to stay within 1.5 miles from family. We were a little sad the yard wasn’t very usable due to some work being done, but understandable. The cookware was very nice to use and easy to clean. The views are amazing, pictures don’t do it justice. And having our 1.5 year old there was less stressful knowing we had access to a pack n play, baby gates and a high chair. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future visits.
