This beautiful 4th floor beachfront condo in the Mariner East complex is conveniently located right on the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, Florida.

This condo was beautifully decorated by the owner who is an Interior Decorator and has a wonderful rustic/beachy feel to it. It has 2 queen size beds in the master bedroom with a full attached bathroom with granite countertop and tub/shower combination. The living room has plenty of seating and a flat screen TV. The full kitchen has custom cabinets and full-size appliances. It also has all the pots and pans, blender, toaster, coffee pot, etc. that you will ever need.

This condo sleeps 6 maximum. This condo has its own Wi-Fi. Linens included are sheets, blankets, bath towels, etc., but bring your own beach towels. Outside on the patio there is comfortable seating for enjoying those beautiful sunsets. Sand toys, etc. are available to use along with beach chair/umbrella service. You have your own full size laundry room right across from the front door of the condo. Whether you enjoy lying around the pool or sitting on the beach until after sunset, you will enjoy this small family complex that is close enough to restaurants and nightlife, but not right next door to it. Mariner East Condominiums is about 1/2 mile from St Andrews State Park and about 2 1/2 miles from the start of Front Beach Rd. We rent to families.... or if all adults are age 25 or older. Major grocery chain stores and many restaurants are just a very short drive away. This is the place to make those wonderful family memories!

Family Vacation

There were 27 of us in different units, we had a fantastic time and the facility is very well kept. Our only issue would be a common area where we could all partake of a meal together. 17 of us did a shrimp boil and did not read the rules that no food was allowed on the pool deck. We did bring our food out there and a lady very nicely told us we should not be doing that and it was posted on the rules. No unit is big enough to accommodate 17 of us eating together and like I said we did not read the rules so thats on us. Maybe a picnic table or two in the grassy area. I know there must be other family units who travel together and would like to have a meal together. Other than that, we had a great week.
