The Kitchen boasts granite counter tops, and custom tile throughout. There is an attached breakfast bar with four bar stools, while the dining area offers additional seating for four. The spacious Master Bedroom easily accommodates the 2 queen size beds with plenty of room to spare. The Master ensuite bath and the second bath have been fully updated with gorgeous tile and new vanities. We have added a bonus Cubby with a twin bed, pocket door and ceiling fan. This condo also has a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, with a 65" flat screen TV and lots of seating.

On-site, this complex offers a variety of amenities including a pool, a sun deck, a rec room with pool table, and tennis, pickleball and shuffleboard courts. Whether you enjoy lounging around the pool or sitting on the beach until after sunset, you will enjoy this smaller family complex with just 6 floors, that is close enough to restaurants and nightlife, but not right on top of it.

You must be at least 25 to rent our condo. Check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out is no later than 10:00 am. NO PETS, NO SMOKING OR VAPING in our unit or balcony!

This condo, located on the beautiful Emerald Coast, is just steps from the surf and sand. Cruise along Thomas Drive to discover a number of popular restaurants and local shops. Book a trip over to Shell Island through one of several local marinas where you can also arrange tours to swim with the dolphins. If you prefer, you can rent your own double-decker pontoon boat with dual slides for a relaxing afternoon on the water with the kids. The most visited state park in the state, St. Andrews State Park, is about 1 1/2 miles away offering outdoor activities in a natural setting. You'll also find a number of family-friendly attractions like Shipwreck Island Waterpark as well as all the shopping, dining, and entertainment options at Pier Park, a local must-see! All door codes and check-in information, including the WIFI info will be sent to you via VRBO or email a few weeks before the day of arrival. You will need top stop by the office to pay for your parking pass that must be displayed in your vehicle at all times. The cost is $25.00. Adults will also have to wear wrist band while on the property.
