A lovely open concept home with a large kitchen, family room, and dining area. The primary bedroom features a king sized bed, large walk in shower, and walk in closet. The other two bedrooms have full sized beds and a shared bathroom. Convenient parking in the attached 2 car garage. Community pool access in the summer.

Comfortable townhouse

We were locals staying here while our house was being painted. It was perfect for our family, very comfortable, quiet, and cozy. The owners were very responsive when we needed to contact them. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and were able to cook meals when we wanted to. Would stay again if we needed a place nearby!

Parker retreat

Beautiful new townhouse in Parker, CO. Property is close to any amenities you desire. The garage is larger and can comfortably fit an F150, which was an added bonus. The host were attentive and made sure our stay was a great experience. Highly recommend this beautiful townhouse.

Parker stay

Very roomy and had everything we needed. Neighborhood under construction and busy road in front. We were very busy and these things were balanced by the comfortable space. There was pet hair around but all else was very clean. We would return.

A Few Suggestions

This is a brand new townhome that's in a great location that has easy access to everything. For us the townhome was hard to find given that alley's were not marked and to us the townhouse is more of a plum-gray vs. purple color. Also, the front door faces the main road which was never used. You actually enter from the back/garage/alleyway. A few items to consider having on hand is tissue boxes, pen & paper, black out window coverings in the master (the two spare bedrooms were perfect), a blow dryer would be nice, lotion helps, and a fully working toaster (the one on site only toasts one side). Other than me being extremely picky about the place, the beds were very comfy, the decor was exactly like the VRBO listing, it was quiet and having a garage was well worth it. Also, the host was very responsive when contacted which was a blessing. Overall, a very nice option when it's spotlessly cleaned.
