This is one of our few dog Friendly units. One dog is allowed with the requirement that our Pet Policies Agreement is signed by the guest. There is an additional charge of a $150 non-refundable cleaning fee and $50 per night charge that will be due upon check-in if you bring your furry friend.

The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, while the second sleeping area features a queen bed and futon and living area has a sofa sleeper. There is a full bathroom off of the primary bedroom downstairs and a full bath up in the loft providing ample convenience for your group. Stonebridge Condo 724 stands out with its inviting fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings after a day of skiing or exploring the nearby attractions. Enjoy breathtaking views of the courtyard and Fanny Hill from the comfort of your living space. The fully equipped kitchen includes more than the necessary appliances, cookware, and utensils for preparing delicious meals. The dining area is perfect for enjoying family meals or entertaining friends.

Offering the perfect location, Stonebridge Condominiums are ski-in/ski-out with the shops, restaurants, apres-ski and Tree House kids ski school at Base Village just a quick 3- minute walk away.

Enjoy a soak in one of our outdoor hot tubs or heated pool after an invigorating day on the slopes. Our workout facility includes men's and women's spa type locker rooms with dry saunas and steam rooms.

​​​​​​​Our on-site ski & snowboard shop has rental equipment for all levels of skiers & snowboards. No worries if you didn't rent your equipment from the shop, you can still store your skis or snowboards overnight and they will be waiting for you in the morning to click-in right from the shop and head down the mountain.

Complimentary shuttle service to and from the Aspen Pitkin County Airport as well around Snowmass Village is available during office hours.

Please note that pets and smoking of any kind are not permitted at Stonebridge Condominiums.

One complimentary parking space per unit is provided.

Because summer temperatures usually drop significantly during the evenings, most residences in mountain resorts are not equipped with air conditioning including the Stonebridge Condominiums. Fans are provided for your comfort.
