This little hidden gem located in the Malecón is just a short walk from all the fun, entertainment and great eating on the Malecón. Just 14 individual studios and 1 bedroom units complete with access to community patios to watch incredible sunsets with your favorite bottle of wine. Come enjoy a weekend, or longer for a romantic getaway. This fun spot is right in the mix of the hottest fun spot in Puerto Peñasco. This unit is available to book with an additional unit separated by a lockout.
We live in Rocky Point full time and will be able to assist you if you need anything during your stay.
This is a private vacation residence for the owner. Please respect the property and the neighbors. No Pets. No parties. You may use the upper patios located on the second floor and the patio leading to the third-floor patio above units 205 and 206. The patio above unit 300 is private and is not to be disturbed.
Please no loud music and no smoking on the premises.
