The house is very comfortable and in a great location. It was very clean and well maintained, including an updated and well equipped kitchen for those who cook. Ellen was a wonderful host and answered my questions promptly. She has thought of a lot little things that a traveler might need or want and has supplied them within easy reach. A wonderful stay - I hope to come back someday.

Ellen is a lovely host. She’s efficient and very pleasant. Her property has everything you need and is in a great location that is handy to everything. Having driveway parking is a plus. There’s also a garage, but the entrance is narrow and won’t accomodate all cars. The property is clean and neat.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The home was immaculate, cozy and very comfortable. Stayed 2 nights, one of which I was by myself while my daughter spent her last night before UO move-out in her dorm. As a female traveler, I felt very safe and secure. We will definitely book here for all of our trips to Eugene until our daughter graduates in 2029. If you're on the fence about this property, just do it! The price can't be beat, Ellen is a wonderful host, and it's way better than staying in a hotel. You won't regret it!
