Can Often View Whale Migration in the Winter Months. Crabbing during the Winter Holidays. Sand Shells Can Be Seem Readily in the Spring Season and Cave Exploration is Fun at Low Tide.

Hawkins Christmas Trip

The property is gorgepus as are the views. The ocean is visable from the front porch and very close to drive down to. Multiple beds in every room allowed for tje entire family to stay in one location. Wood stove was a must, kitchen had everything youd need to cook a meal and tje serenity was unreal. Oh, the game closet camenin hamdy with all our kids during the evening.

Rustic cabin

We enjoyed our visit but unfortunately it felt dingy. It needs a deep cleaning. Housekeeper doesn’t do a good job. Host is great and helpful.

Brookings house

The house was very large. Big bedrooms with room for many people. It was a little more rustic than I anticipated with price. No wi-fi, tv, or electric heat. Religious carvings in multiple places may be offensive to some.

Fun time in Oregon!

What a unique home! We had a great time! The location was perfect for getting to several beautiful beaches as well as the Redwoods. We really enjoyed the yard with all of the flowers blooming. Inside, there was plenty of space for everyone! Each room had several beds to choose from. It could use a little updating. Some of the mattresses and bedding were pretty warn, as well as the towels, but there were plenty to choose from. We had everything we needed. There is almost an over abundance of supplies. (leftovers from previous guests?) Overall, we loved our stay and would do it again!

Glad you liked your stay ,! We do decorate old Country Style! There is a twin mattress we are changing soon . Many of the towels are new in each of the 4 baths ...The older towels in 1/2 bath are for the beach . We do stock most of the supplies but a few guests leave extras behind . We hope if you revisit you will find everything better than it was before ! Thank You for staying with us! So glad you liked the gardens and the area !
