Great Location

Great location and property was very clean. Owner was fantastic to work with. Just FYI, you need to bring everything for this property - all of your own supplies, bedding, towels etc.

Great price for a very close location to the beach and boardwalk. The price becomes clear, however, in the quality of accommodations. Very difficult to cook: oven was under temp, only cutting board smaller than a frozen pizza, only frying pan doesn't have sides to hold grease, no oven mitts or heat-resistant trivets to hold anything. There was dish soap, but no sponges/brushes to wash dishes, so we had to ruin a wash cloth. The TV was the other major disappointment, the "cable" was 30 home shopping channels, no ESPN, no Disney or Nickelodeon, couldn't even entertain the kids. The TV is not "smart" so we couldn't stream or watch movies at all. Recommended you bring hand soap for the upstairs bathroom. With no access to laundry, just make sure you pack A LOT of towels (including hand towels and kitchen towels!). Water pressure is either really low upstairs, or really high downstairs. Overall, amazing location if you are prioritizing beach and boardwalk; just don't assume they have what you will need.

old house

Its an old house but not bad. You need to bring everything. The house had plenty of room for the 10 of us. I like how close it was to the beach and boardwalk. Its not modern and has nothing extra but also not bad.
