This light and bright ground-floor unit is three bedrooms, two baths with fully-equipped quartz kitchen (all dishware and kitchen gadgets included), new dining room set, living room with recliner and agronomical chair/ottoman plus utility room with full-size washer/dryer. Its private Southern exposure screened patio overlooks the serene pool and community pond, complete with fountain and walking path. This unit is nicely decorated with relazing blues and greys having all of the appointments to make you feel at home, including flatscreen HDTVs in all bedrooms and living room. FREE WiFi is available in the unit and at the clubhouse/pool too! Active and Retired Military receive a 10% discount off the base rental rate with a valid ID (holiday weeks are excluded).

Great stay!

The property was excellent. The location is literally one crosswalk from the beach and close to grocery stores and local shops. My sister and I had never visited St. Augustine, and after our experience at the property, we will definitely be back. Would stay here again! Everything was excellent!
