Thanks for staying with us, Amy! I’m glad to hear I was able to be responsive and helpful during your trip. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us! We are glad to hear you enjoyed the house overall. We sincerely appreciate your constructive suggestions regarding the main bedroom's mattress and pillows, as well as the kitchen cookware; we are reviewing these items to ensure a more comfortable and well-equipped stay for future guests. Regarding pool access, Seabrook Community Association rules unfortunately prohibit amenity access for guests booking through third-party platforms like VRBO, but we appreciate you highlighting this note for prospective travelers. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back again!

Thanks for staying with us, glad to hear you enjoyed your stay!

Thank you so much for your kind review! We’re really glad to hear that you and your family—both two- and four-legged—felt comfortable and well taken care of during your stay. It’s great that you were able to make use of the pack and play and the pet amenities, and that the location worked out so conveniently for you. We truly appreciate you choosing to stay with us, and we’d love to welcome you back anytime!

Thanks for choosing to stay with us! Glad to hear you enjoyed it!

Thank you for your kind words about our cottage’s decor and location! We’re so glad you enjoyed being so close to the ocean. We aim for a perfect experience for every guest, so we’re sorry to hear these maintenance items detracted from your stay. Since your visit was just for one night, we’ve already jumped in and fully repaired the cabinet and refrigerator handle. Regarding the hot tub, we wish we’d heard from you during your stay, as we likely could have resolved the settings or heating issue on the spot! For our future guests, we’ve since verified the hot tub is functioning perfectly and holding its temperature at a steady 102°F (or your preferred max temp). We always encourage our guests to reach out immediately with any concerns—no matter how short the stay—so we can make things right in the moment. We hope to have the chance to host you again for a seamless five-star experience!
