The property is so nice and the house is cute! We loved our stay only super tiny thing I missed was the microwave is broken. The owners are very nice and it was a beautiful stay!

We were very happy with the property and enjoyed our stay, with the exception of the tv, (it was out more than it was in) and the bed was uncomfortable (probably needs a new mattress.We really enjoyed the outdoor furniture and surrounding area.

Very Peaceful Vacation

Nice, clean and comfortable. Really a place for two as the sleeping quarters are tight. The loft looks cool but tough access. Needs additional bedding/ padding to make pull out reasonable. We were prepared with that and had a wonderful time and hope to rent again.

Great little place on the lake

Enjoyed our weekend stay at this property. Beautiful location right on Otsego lake. Gaylord business district and downtown just a few miles away. It was perfect for the 2 of us. Might be tight for a large group but worked great for us. Great communication with property owner. Very responsive. Overall very happy with our choice of this property.

Lovely

Is a very cute little cottage. Very clean and had a beautiful view of the lake. Love the rocking chairs on the porch. I wish I had had a boat to bring along with me. Perfect if you’re a dog lover and want to give your dog a little break too. Lots of space for them to run around.

Nice Hosts. Items that should be a standard for the fees but not supplied, i.e., salt and pepper, a usable grill-was dirty and rusted inside, cooking spray and oil, supply extras for when stuff runs out, I.e., aluminum foil, Saran Wrap, paper towels, toilet paper.The primary bedroom was small and not shown in photos of property and the bedroom upstairs was accessible via a pull down attic ladder, was not conducive for an older person. But, I'm sure Kids would love it! Thankful for pull out sofa. Towels galore! Clean but to help in keeping property clean, may I suggest a small vacuum of some kind, Nice vinyl flooring. Also a toaster would have been nice, used the oven to toast bread; also a usable microwave would have been good as well. Needs more spoons, there were three. A larger pot for cooking pasta noodles. *Remember to ask questions. Now I know, we are Not fans of Roku tv. Experience did not meet expectations.

Work trip

The cabin is very nice. You can tell it’s been well cared for and updated. It was also very clean. It’s 6-7 minutes from town to get all the supplies you need conveniently, but very peaceful and quiet. For a couple with 1-2 small kids it would be perfect for a weekend away. Might be a little snug for more than that. The sunsets are gorgeous as it’s west facing. So much so, that if you’d rather watch TV than take in the sunset, you have to close the blinds! The owner is very flexible and responsive. I had to extend my trip by a day and he made it easy. My only “cons” because everywhere has one - and they are essentially nitpicking! 1. No WiFi during stay. I didn’t need it because I was working. I’m sure this has been fixed as he was between service providers. Meh. No biggie. 2. Thin “government” toilet paper. We all like that thick stuff. Haha. 3. I wish I could have stayed longer! I would certainly stay here again. I hope I’m up from the South again. Beautiful cabin, beautiful weather. You’ll thoroughly enjoy for sure.
