About this property

The amazing view of the hills, frost and ski area lets you relax and escape to a new world. The apartment is 3 min(in winter 5 min) walk from the mountain station Sattel-Hochstuckli. Fully equip to have self-catering or meals can be ordered at the Bistro below. There are many activities close by to enjoy in summer and winter. It is suitable for families and small groups. Upon request an event can be arranged for your celebration. Pets are not allowed, but I would be able to find a solution for your furry family member too. Sylvia will be your host for your stay and will make all arrangements to make your stay spectacular. She speaks 4 languages fluently English, German, Afrikaans and Swiss German, and is the owner of the apartment. She also runs the Bistro under the apartment. With her professional knowledge she always strives for the best quality for the visitors.

Gemütliche Wohnung am Skigebiet

Wir hatten sehr schöne vier Tage am Schlepplift, aber auch etwas ab direkt in der Natur. Nachts hört man bei offenem Fenster den Bach rauschen. Das Gebiet ist natürlich touristisch erschlossen, aber wird viel gemacht - vom abendlichen Laternenweg am Samstag, über den Skywalk hin zum feinstofflichen Steinkreis. Die Gastgeber von der Wohnung sind klasse, hilfsbereite und wirklich offenherzige Menschen. Beim Wandern gibt es spannende Raststationen und tolle Ausblicke. Haben uns dort mit 4 Erwachsenen sehr wohl gefühlt!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Wir haben die Zeit in dem Apartment sehr genossen. Das Häuschen ist sehr schön und der direkte Zugang zum Skilift ist ideal.

Awesome location and host..

We were 6 adults and 2 kids. We enjoyed our stay at the property. Silvia is very friendly. She made arrangement for our infant. Rooms are great with nice balcony. We would definitely stay again at the property.

Sylvia was born and raised in South Africa and moved back to Switzerland in 1996. Having grown up with Swiss parents I understand the culture and traditions for Switzerland. My roots are in central Switzerland which is what pulled me to Sattel, where I have lived for over 20 years. I love nature with all its little and big animals and plants, which let me fall in love with our family mountain Hochstuckli. Now I can combine all my passions in to one place and call it home. I run the Berg Bistro Englestock and share the apartment out.

What makes this property unique

The light rooms and high celling in the lounge gives me space to breath the alpine air. The many windows with an amazing view out of each window are breathtaking. The relaxed atmosphere slows time down and gives energy to go out and be active in the beautiful hills.
