Construction Update:
A new seawall is being built and two pools and deck area around them also need to be repaired, once the seawall has been restored. Our prices for a direct oceanfront condo have been adjusted for this and will be increased once the construction and repairs have been completed.

Great place to vacation- all kinds of amenities and really felt at home. Bed was very comfortable and we loved all the little extras. Would love to return and enjoy this delightful vacation retreat another time. Just an FYI-there is a smaller coffee pot that we found in the cupboard underneath and there are 2 stove top burners- no oven. Thank you for a wonderful week!

The outter door and lock set is showing a great deal of weathering But there may be nothing you can do about it considering it gets direct ocean affects However the inside of this house is excellent The floors were clean and bright The sofa and chairs are very comfortable The kitchen is an excellent size and stocked with everything you need The bed ( we only used one) was very comfortable and we slept great!The dressing area was roomy with lots of soap and shampoo ( I was afraid we might run out of toilet paper) but didn’t and the tub/shower was clean and roomy too The staff were very polite and friendly and helpful too Great response from owner when I emailed him about a few questions we had I would definitely come again

Indoor and outdoor pools were nice, outdoor pool overlooks the beach. Room was very clean even had beach chairs etc to use. Host was very easy to get ahold of. Property still has some leftover storm damage but work is still going on.

Not what it was supposed to be 2 pools straight under balcony full of dark green water that’s all that caught your eyes and not easy access to the beach the bed had the dirty sheets bunches up underneath the clean ones or so I hope they where clean only stayed one night there found new place to stay got there at 5:00am Tuesday morning left Wednesday at 9:00am rented it from Monday till Monday very dissatisfied with the place would not recommend to any one ruined vacation

Or listing shows that two pools and the seawall still need to be repaired, from the hurricane damages. The seawall is almost completed as of this writing. Unfortunately, these two unsightly pools are below our unit (which is on the 5th floor). You cannot see them while sitting on the outside chairs or from inside the unit. All you can see is beach and ocean. We do have two pools (outside and inside heated), two spas, a sauna and exercise room open for guests to use for free. These guests paid a nightly rate of about $100 per night, as we do have our prices significantly reduced due to the damaged pools and seawall, which provides an excellent value for staying a direct, beautiful oceanfront unit. Access to the beach is right next to the resort. And we even provide a beach cart (with umbrella, chairs, boogie boards, noodles and toys) which can be rolled right down to the beach. There were NO dirty sheets under bed! Rather, the cleaning service keeps extra mattress pads in a plastic bag under the bed. One of those mattress pads had been taken out of the bag and used as a sheet for someone to sleep on the couch and left there. We hope that the construction

Great condo/great location
