This unit provides you and your family with a wonderfully safe place to relax, unwind and enjoy a tropical paradise in our quaint beachy town. From unique dining to long sandy beaches…New Smyrna Beach is a great place for a family-friendly experience for your Florida vacation. The master bedroom, guest bedroom PLUS the living room all have TV's. Maximum occupancy is 6 persons (heartbeats). Again, this 4th floor North facing side oceanVIEW unit is a nice place to just pause and relax. While sitting on the balcony you can view the natural dune area and beach sights as you listen to all the beach sounds. Great view of the Gopher turtle protected area and the County beach walkway. Tasteful decorated and very comfortable with a "barn style privacy door" for the guest bedroom. NOTE: newly completed kitchen cabinets and counter top.

Great stay
Property manager, Ed, and team were amazing! Felt like when I was young and the condo manager made you feel like family. Place was in good shape especially coming to the end of spring break. Unit was spacious enough and great view! Love walkable location!
