Communication problems were with VRBO, not with Pavel. I was unable to log into any communication, so I wasn't able to see what Pavel had sent. The unit was smaller than expected, but scrupulously clean. My one complaint is that the smell of disinfectant/deodorizer/cleaning supplies was so strong that it permeated everything, even the skin of the peaches I had in a bag on the table.

Everything you need and nothing you don't

Great place to spend a week (or two) for a solo vacationer (or two). Everything you need to enjoy staying at a short walk from the ocean is there. More importantly, nothing you don't need is not. Nice location, highly recommended!

Gorgeous cap

A perfect bolt hole for those wanting to explore the island. Great central location for the ferries to the islands, to head to p town, or near Dennis beaches.

Cute cottage

The cottage was as advertised. It was small but very well stocked with a great utilization of space. Everything was clean and comfy. The bath towels were so thick and luxurious. There were games, an iron/iron board, and well stocked kitchen and anything we needed for a comfortable stay. Management was very responsive and even came in to change the sheets when we found stains on them. We enjoyed our time in Cape Cod.
