Cozy 1BR/1BTH Cottage in Dennisport / Harwich border at the end of a cul-de-sac. Partially fenced yard.

This cottage really is tiny so if you are interested in trying out “Tiny House Living“, this will be a good fit for you.

Cottage has WiFi, a flat screen T.V (streaming only) full size bed, nicely equipped kitchen. Enjoy the Weber grill (please bring your own charcoal & starter) & the Trex deck with open-air outdoor shower (no enclosure).

Stocked with a small library of books (if you don't finish the book, feel free to take it home!)

Great vacation spot!

Place was super cute and very clean, close to the beach and food places. Host was super helpful throughout the whole trip and very easy to reach if needed. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to go visit cape cod!

The cutest little cottage!

What an amazing little place!! Sand Pebble Cottage was perfect for myself, my boyfriend and our pup! The fact that it was dog friendly was also huge for us. Aruna did a great job with this little place. It was beautifully decorated and super cozy! We will definitely stay there again!! It's so close to everything you could possibly need. There is something so peaceful about the Cape during off season. If you haven't experienced it I definitely recommend it!

Cozy & Safe Cittage through Hurricane Lee!

Wonderful cottage! Owners are very attentive to your needs & will go out of their way to help with any issues you may encounter! Very peaceful even when Hurricane Lee decided to visit us. No problems & felt cozy & safe while rain & wind was swirling around!

Anniversary Getaway

My Wife and I stayed in this adorable cottage to celebrate our wedding anniversary! We had a wonderful time staying at the cottage!! The bed was extremely comfortable, the house was clean, it smelled nice and had an overall wonderful aesthetic to it. We originally planned to spend most of our time at the beach but due to bad weather we ended up having to change those plans. We spent a lot of time in the cottage due to this and it was cozy! I highly recommended this adorable cottage to anyone who wants to have a quiet and relaxing vacation!

Great stay!

We enjoyed our time at sand pebble cottage. Me and my boyfriend loved the outdoor shower as well as the bikes. We were able to bike to sea street beach which was nice. I would say the area is pretty central and other towns in cape cod were within a 20 min drive. We usually like to walk into a town for shops however Dennis port did not have a town like that, at least we didn’t know of one. We did drive to Hyannis which had a town as well as Chatham. The house was clean and very cute, definitely gave the coastal vibe. It was also set back down the road which gave nice privacy. I would definitely recommend this property!

Adorable cozy cottage

Adorable cottage with super cute decor. Very cozy and heated up very quickly! Loved the candles and the little pieces of chocolate on the night stands and the hand cream too! I slept so good but my husband did not. My poor husband's feet hung off the bed and he barely had any room on his side. To be fair I knew it was only a full size bed going in so it's my fault! I would definitely stay at another one thier dog friendly properties again but with a bigger bed! Also I wanted to use the dryer but couldn't figure it out. Overall great property and great location!

Sand Pebble Cottgage-Dennisport

This is a great place for a Retreat [especially in winter because that was when I was there] for one person or a couple and a small dog. The kitchen had everything I needed and I baked a tart and cooked a Christmas Roast in the oven and the temp. was accurate. My small dog loved the little yard and was very happy spending time there. The only negative thing I can say had nothing to do with the cottage itself but with the adjoining cottage. The first couple nights the neighbors were quiet and unobtrusive but on the last night I was there a couple checked in who were inveterate "door slammers." On my last day there I woke to slamming doors at 7:00 AM and they were still slamming doors when I checked out. It was a bit comical as they slammed their car doors, and the door to the cottage constantly. Thankfully I had earplugs, but if they were there the day I checked in I would not have been very happy. Otherwise the place was small, but perfect for me and I would have been content to stay there all winter!! ;)

Would never stay here again

This house was unbelievably tiny! I was not pleased with the cleanliness or overall appearance of the house. The floor was very dirty when we arrived. The rug was stained and dirty. The shower and shower curtain had hair from previous guests on the walls and floor of the shower. I brought my own sheets for the bed as requsted by the owner. After removing the comforter provided I found dirt on the matress. The pillows provided were very nasty with mysterious stains and things stuck to them. I refused to use them, using my travel pillow instead. I chose not to use the comforter provided either because I questioned its cleanliness. The smell of the house was also bad, we had to burn the candles provided in the house just to be able to bear the moldy/musty smell. The air unit in the house is set on a schedule so when we decided to.use the heat one night when it was cold, the heat overwhelmed the tiny house and made it hard to breathe (just set on 70 degrees), then when we woke the next morning the schedule had kicked the heat off and set the thermostat to 61, it was freezing! We spent 2 nights here and I could wait to leave.

This cottage is perfect for one person and a dog or small child. It was very clean and organized well. I loved it and would stay again. Keep in mind, that its very close to other cottages. The area was noisy at times. However, that would not deter me from staying here again. The location is ideal. Everything you want or need is just a stones throw away. Beautiful small cottage.

Victoria's tiny house was big on accommodations! Check in was a breeze, she was extremely communicative, and she even had little dog biscuits for our dog. The neighborhood was friendly and convenient to shops and dining. Highly recommend it!

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay at Sand Pebble Cottage. The central location coupled with the bikes provided were the highlight of our trip! Just be prepared for a TINY home and bathroom. Combo Washer/Dryer machine doesn’t dry clothes thoroughly and the cottage is a bit damp, but very clean!
