Perfect Location, Private, Immaculate, Affordable, East Dennis Cape Cod

Just to be totally transparent: VRBO has chosen to highlight attributes for our property that is not true. 1. There is no staff, just me, and my husband, we don't "pamper", but I do promise, we are a text away from any questions or needs. 2. There is no garage parking...but there is a space to store bikes, and beach stuff. 3. We have a beautiful unique piece of property, but unmatched views, is not true, I don't even know what that means... The property is quiet, and unique to the cape as there's alot of outdoor space to enjoy. Hopefully they will clear it up.
We are a Sunday-Sunday rental...our check in days are Sun/Mon/Tuesday. With a 5 day minimum in the summer.
We are a 2 max occupancy, no pets property.
We do share the driveway with this rental, however, The Outback is wonderfully private, and quiet.
We respect your privacy, and value ours.
We encourage couples, travel companions, and solo travelers to take advantage of the opportunity to experience Cape Cod in a beautiful, private, quiet, convenient safe, spot!
Past guests, and all guests that book direct enjoy further discounts. There is NO financial obligation for inquiries. Choose from min 2 night stays.
We continue to enjoy incredibly wonderful experiences with all of our guests. We look forward to seeing some familiar faces, and always enjoy new guests, that love the Cape, and love this peaceful spot to relax.

Private 4 room freestanding cottage, all on one floor, with 2 separate sleeping areas. The primary bedroom with a queen size bed, and the reading room with a full-size feather topped futon. We do-not advertise a 2 bedroom; we have a 2-guest maximum policy, and we cannot accommodate pets.
We advertise on other free forums, we are not that hard to find.

Great location to bring a book and disappear in the field for a rest.
Surf cast, fish the jetties, or charter your own excursion. Catch lunch or a sunset cruise, all of these wonderful activities just down the road at Sesuit Harbor.
Great location to enjoy a variety of wonderful locally owned restaurants and pubs only minutes away.
Great location to swim in pristine Cape Cod Bay, Northside beaches 4 minutes’ drive.
Southside beaches 15 minutes away (Nantucket Sound)
National Seashore 25 minutes away

Peaceful Cottage w/ beautiful landscape

Wife and I on Cape for funeral and so fortunate to find this cottage near my friend’s house. Ann and Pete are wonderful hosts. Cottage space is very comfortable and the landscaping/gardens are immaculate! Turns out Pete knew our deceased friend and it was so cool to have brief chat with Ann & Pete to reminisce on the past.

Loved the Outback!

Beautiful property, was perfect for my girlfriend and I to get a weekend getaway in the Cape. The property was well kept and clean, Ann was very helpful and provided great recommendations for how to spend our time there. It's nearby to just about all you need by car in less than 15 minutes max!

We have as you know implemented a 24 hour ‘break” between guests, and in addition to traditional cleaning, we have layered the process with thorough sanitization measures. Beautiful Dennis Hideaway

Really comfortable house with beautifully landscaped grounds. Close to Crowe's Pasture Conservation Area (secluded beach) and other lovely beaches on the ocean side. Ann is a fantastic host and had some great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. We highly recommended staying here. Go raibh mile maith agat!

The perfect spot for us

My daughter and I enjoyed the perfect time together at the Outback. Our first time to Cape Cod, we were grateful for Ann’s suggestions (Crowe’s Point was worth the trip for us!) and for the interesting books in her library. I look forward to introducing my wife to the Outback before too long.

Overnight stay

The property was exactly as we expected. The pictures on the VRBO site are perfect. While we were only there to get dressed for a wedding and then to sleep afterward, we did manage to meet the lovely host Anne and also take a short walk around the beautiful property before heading out in the a.m. I would highly recommend this spot!

My husband and I have lived our entire adult lives on Cape Cod.
As children, we were both fortunate enough to spend summers here as well. We bought this property in 2001, and have enjoyed the wonderful surroundings . We have taken great pleasure in enhancing our gardens creating, enjoying and sharing the peaceful ambience.
We highly respect our guests privacy, but we are just a call/text away for any questions, or suggestions.
ALWAYS GOOGLE EARTH THE PROPERTIES YOU ARE LOOKING AT TO GET A FULL APPRECIATION OF THE LOCATION AND PROPERTY
We expect all guests when they checkout to “sweep out” the cottage and strip the bed(s). All linens will be secured in provided laundry bags. We have never had to withhold any portion of any guests security deposit. Just “leave it as you found it”, and your security deposit will be returned upon checkout.

location/layout
The Outback is an uniquely private cottage. Not the typical crowded neighborhoods, in high traffic areas. Huge outdoor quiet space, with stone fire pit and patio.
Google Earth the property. Airline Rd across from Cedar Pond Dennis (maps and gps often identify property in Brewster. The “front” of the property is in East Dennis, and the Outback and field is in Brewster.

This spacious 4-room, 1 bedroom cottage immaculately maintained offers the most uniquely private, comfortable, and affordable vacation experience. 1 bedroom with a queen-sized bed, in a spacious air-conditioned master bedroom. The reading room offers a comfy full-size futon. There is a large custom designed dressing area with an indoor shower, storage, 2 large closets and appropriate lighting. (There is also a wonderful private outdoor shower).
The living/kitchenette area is right outside the master bedroom. There is a small bathroom (toilet/sink) tucked in the corner for privacy. The air-conditioned living/kitchenette area is open and bright with cathedral ceilings, a skylight, and a ceiling fan to circulate the fresh Cape Cod Air. There is a 46” flat screen TV to enjoy from the comfortable new love seat. (basic comcast cable services, ready to stream any of your subscriptions). A drop-leaf kitchen table seats 4 when extended. There is a full-size refrigerator, full size sink, counters and cabinets, and MANY small appliances for your convenience. There is not a conventional stove in this unit. There is a convection/microwave oven as well as an infusion cook-top, and a single counter-top electric cook-top, coffee maker etc. A doorway from the living area also opens to the outside and parking. There is a circular driveway that offers the opportunity to boat owner’s easy access and parking for boat trailers. There is storage for bikes right outside the door.
The new patio is tucked behind a flowering herb garden, and offers new patio furniture and weber propane gas grill. There is also a great outdoor fire pit to enjoy, on those summer nights. And of course….a traditional outdoor Cape Cod shower.
