This property has been in our family for 68 years! Home has a sprawling backyard and offers large screened porch ideal for relaxing. Enjoy the amenities needed for a nice stay in the Lowcountry. Summerville cottage

The house is very old and needs extensive upgrades. Bedrooms were nice with comfortable beds. Kitchen well stocked and workable. Large screened in porch in need of serious cleaning. Location very nice The bathroom was awful...moldy shower curtain liner, toilet seat kept slipping off....we had to fix it to prevent an accident. Taps in bath leaked badly with the hot tap becoming too hot to touch....hard to regulate temperature. Bath in bad condition and stained.

Nice cabin feel with a great location in Summerville

It’s on a quiet street with a nice park nearby. We spent many hours hanging out in the screen porch

Great host!

We enjoyed our stay here, it was very clean and the location was wonderful. We felt right at home during our stay, the owners were delightful and great host! I would highly recommend staying here!
