About this property
Whole Home - Dog Friendly / 29 Miles to Nash, 1 Mile Downtown Gallatin
29 minutes from Titan’s Stadium (Nissan Stadium), Top Golf, Bridgestone Arena, Nashville Sounds - First Horizon Park, Geodis Park.
Inviting home less than a mile from #DowntownGallatin coffee shops, boutiques, eateries.
Set with Mid Century style, the furniture is comfy and cozy — new!! This home has a small footprint and fun feel. It was built in the 50’s, so let’s be honest, it’s NOT a new home and has its quirks that I call character.
Coffee Maker + Fiber internet + Alexa + Dog Friendly
Original hardwood floors throughout the home with lots of mid century modern touches throughout. This home is near and dear to my heart as my grandmother lived next door for many, many years. We were blessed with the opportunity to own this gem and set forth to provide a space for travelers to visit our lovely hometown — and enjoy our space. Large backyard with massive back deck (lockable for doggos) and 3 concrete parking spaces.
We names the house “Soles on Factory” because of the old Genesco shoe factory. It’s said these row homes were built for the employees back then ( my Mema worked there -- her house is next door and available to book for additional guests!)
Keep in mind, it’s not a brand new shiny home - it’s been lived in and well taken care of, but has its quirks. The neighborhood is SAFE, my aunt literally lives across the street and a cop next door. Don’t let the lack of maintenance fool you down the road.
We’re working really hard to make upgrades for stays (aka paint touch ups, covering old plaster, replacing deck boards, etc.) and are open to your feedback! Just be nice ;) as you’ll be staying in 2018’s Nicest Place in America!
Please note - full-size laundry is located down the back deck stairs in basement (heated and cooled) and there’s an older swing set that is safe for smaller children (weight-wise.)
We have recently removed our favorite WHITE couch to make the space Dog Friendly with a leather couch that is wipeable. We invite you and your dog fam.
We have Fiber internet and are constantly collecting items for the home — furnishing an empty home is wild! So let us know if there’s anything missing we can add.
Also note, I’m pretty particular about the house and it’s cleanliness simply because it’s precious to us. If there are any stains when you arrive (let me know) or any stains when you leave, please let it be known that there will be a cleaning charge.
We also charge an additional $150 cleaning fee if there are any stains on the linens from nastiness - period. This is not a party pad, so treat it just like you’d treat your grandmothers house. Cause it was mine.
As for your dog friends, we want to keep this home in tip top shape for you as our guest! Be mindful that you MUST clean up after your four-legged friends.
**Child items - high chair and pack n play may be available if requested prior to your stay.

About the host
Hosted by Ashley

This is our hometown! Good ol' Gallatin, Tn :)
Why they chose this property
We initially purchased the home next door in 2022, and when the opportunity came in 2023 to acquire my grandmother’s longtime home, we knew it was meant to be. My Mema rented this house for many years but was never able to own it herself, so we felt compelled to honor her memory by bringing it into our family.
While some parts of the neighborhood might feel unfamiliar at first, it's a welcoming and tight-knit community.

What makes this property unique
This is such a cute and cozy house. It has several sleeping options to accommodate -- but there aren't many that your pup can tag along! Keeping in mind we professionally clean between guests.
