Fresh, clean home filled with light and art in Kennebunk Beach. Short walks to tennis, golf, KBIA, and southern Maine’s best beaches, this house sits high above the cottages below. Views of the cove and open Atlantic make this house a perfect gem.

The first level has has a welcoming, open floor plan which extends out from a fully equipped kitchen. First floor also offers a private office space allowing work from “home” privacy. The second floor has three comfortable, bright rooms, one of which has an in-suite bathroom. The spectacular third floor has a wall of windows out to the sea beyond. Third floor offers is both a dramatic place to sleep, read, as well as work on a large handmade table.
