La Perla is an upper, ocean-view apartment just a 3-minute walk from the best beach on Roatan, West Bay Beach.
Enjoy the sea breeze, ocean view, sunsets, and the conveniences of being close to the West Bay beach. This spacious unit can accommodate up to 4 guests and offers a kitchen-living area, a private deck, and plenty of outside space with a pool.

Please note that the listed price includes everything: air conditioning (3 units), water, power, internet, cleaning after stay, and 5-gallon bottled water.

In addition to the indoor space, there is a large covered porch, a shared BBQ area, a pool deck, and a lush garden. Great location… but

This property is a great location, 2 minute walk to beach, restaurants and transportation. Huge annoyance was dog on property barks and woke us up EVERY morning before 6 am. We were there for 8 days and were only supplied with 1 flimsy bathing towel. When we asked to get replace bath towel it was to be a 50 charge… not acceptable for an 8 day stay.

Our first time staying a week in Roatán, we visited 3 times before from a cruise and loved the island. This condo was wonderful and we got the two bedroom since we brought our girls but wanted some of our own privacy. There are only a few other units so condo is quiet and we enjoyed the pool. Just a couple minute walk to the west bay beach next to Bananarama, Paradise and Infinity Bay. Some close restaurants that were wonderful and small grocery store and liquor store close by. Only negative was some dogs barking one of the nights. We will definitely stay here again and recommend.

Outstanding Hosts and Accommodations

Boris and Tanya are top notch hosts, we'd have to say the best we've ever had and we've rented many condo's around the world. Their love of their property shows on how well they maintain the pool and the grounds. Any questions were answered very quickly, as well as, keeping us apprised of things like a scheduled power outage, etc. Sitting around the pool was like sitting in our own quiet oasis, with plenty of greenery, beautiful hummingbirds and butterflies. The condo was completely as described and pictured. We found the kitchen provided everything you could possibly need to cook meals, as well as a bbq in a common area. There is a small store, just a hop, skip and a jump away, where you could purchase small grocery items and liquor/beer. The beautiful beach is about a 3 to 5 minute walk from the condo. Overall, we HIGHLY recommend staying with Boris and Tanya, you won't regret it.
