Southwest Charming Apartment - Amazing View

Summary:
A very comfortable and well decorated relaxed environment. Second floor apartments of a walk-up building at the top of Mt. Washington providing spectacular views! The apartment is great for couples, adventurers, business travelers and families visiting Pittsburgh. A Visitors pass for street parking is included with your stay for one vehicle Mon-Sat, Sunday parking is free. Please inquire about availability of visitors pass for longer than 3 days.

The Space:
The building is located on Mt. Washington and has scenic city views and is one short block from Grandview Ave lookouts which provide best view of downtown Pittsburgh. Steps to Monongahela Incline bringing you direct into Station Square. Building is close to nightlife, public transport, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love it because of the location, neighborhood, ambiance, and ease! It's a great building with a wonderful history (over 100 years old, the building used to be an Italian Social Club and boarding house).

Apt 2 – “Southwestern PA” – is a 2nd floor 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom, bi-level apartment with great views! There is also a comfortable desk with a light, pencils and power-strip for those who can't leave their work behind. 2 Queens, 1 Double, 1 Full fold-out mattress

The Neighborhood:
Location is A+ with exquisite views and easy access to Station Square, down-town Pittsburgh, David Lawrence Convention Center and even the fields (Heinz Stadium, PNC Park, Consol Energy Center) are a ~20 minute walk or a couple of stops on the T (Pittsburgh's subway system) from Station Square.

Getting Around:
One short block from Monongahela Incline (image search online, it is VERY unique to Pittsburgh). Can ride the incline down to Station Square T stop (Pittsburgh's subway system) and are a couple of stops from the ballparks or PPG Paints Arena (or on foot it's a very pleasant 20 minute walk across downtown with two bridges providing EPIC photo ops of the city and the stadiums). Uber and Lyft also work great from this location.

Perfect Place in Pittsburgh

This place is the perfect location for everything youd want to do in Pittsburgh. And the views were absolutely amazing. The place was tidy and ready for us when we got there. The host was extremely easy to work with. I will look to book this place again on my next trip to Pittsburgh.

Great location to down town and restaurants. The views at night were beautiful. On top of Mt Washinton over looking the city. Pittsburgh what a great American city. As an American we really need to visit and say thank you to all the contributions and hard work that went it to helping make America.

Top of the incline

Fun stay atop mt washington. Walkable neighborhood with restaurants, coffee shops, and fabulous views from the top of the ridge. One block from the incline which takes you down to shopping, restaurants and the light rail. We had a fun time in Pittsburgh and a very nice stay at the vrbo.

A Pure Joy!

Loved this place! A great neighborhood and a comfortable apartment. Amazing communications with Holly and I felt very take an care of by her. I would stay here again and again! Oh! And the VIEWS of Pittsburg are stellar!!
