Hello! I have been a resident of South Bend, Indiana for 27 years. Born, raised and attended Ohio State (Buckeye fan too!), however have strong community ties to Notre Dame which also makes me a huge IRISH fan.
I have quite the eclectic background, lived and worked abroad which provided opportunity to meet some wonderful people, make new friends and travel throughout.
I live within a beautiful community only 5-7 minutes walk to Notre Dame. I have had the pleasure of owning & managing rental property for 17+ years in this community near ND (check out my other rental properties). With this wonderful opportunity I have enjoyed meeting and making new friends from all over the world.
I am also blessed with two amazing children currently attending college.

Perfect to raise my children and an awesome unbeatable location! Practically located on ND campus, absolutely booming on gamedays. This is perfect for ND games, ND/SMC/IU graduations, conferences, short and long-term rentals or any other visit affiliated with universities/South Bend & Mishawaka. This 3bdrm is a 10 min stroll to campus, has EVERYTHING for perfect wknd, short, long-term rentals too! Location can't be beat! Large backyard, bsmt storage, ALL furnishings taken care of. Comfortably sleeps 6 w/beds, 7 w/two large couches plus air matts. Eddy Commons, Trader Joe's around corner. ALWAYS flexible/negotiable, 5-Star Ratings!
