We recently spent the week in this beautiful semi resort home. We absolutely loved the location, the pool, bar area and putting green. The entire space was exactly what you need to have a wonderful vacation. Our hostess Kim could not have been more attentive and her quick response was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this listing for a relaxing and fun vacation spot!

We had an amazing stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The highlight was definitely the pool, which was spotless, private, and the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. The outdoor space was beautiful and made our vacation even more enjoyable.The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out incredibly easy. We truly felt at home throughout our stay.We would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, and we will definitely be staying here again in the future!

We stayed in the house from July 4th - 11th - the host was amazing - she even offered us to come to the pool early (before check in) so we wouldn't have to sit in traffic on July 4th. The house had everything we needed and more! The pool with the bar, a little putting course, multiple grills and seating areas. The house itself was clean and what we expected. Everyone had a space to go to. The kitchen was well stocked for our cooking needs. Everyone had a wonderful time, including our dog.

Pelican Island Getaway

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible vacation rental, and I can't say enough good things about our experience. From start to finish, every aspect of our stay exceeded our expectations and left us with unforgettable memories. The rental was beautifully appointed and well-maintained. We were greeted with a sense of comfort and relaxation. The attention to detail in the decor, the fully equipped kitchen, beautiful landscaping, pool and miniature golf with tiki bar, made the place feel like a private villa.

Truly a Jersey Shore Oasis

Our family of 13 immensely enjoyed our stay at Kim’s house. The house was spotless inside and out! The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, coffee makers and anything needed to cook a meal at home. The outdoor areas were exceptional for a vacation getaway! The pool was great and we soooo enjoyed hanging out at the tiki bar which was also fully stocked with a refrigerator and an ice machine! The best thing about this house is it kept our family busy and together!

Kim’s Summer Oasis is a 10!

Just got back from a week at Kim’s summer oasis with my family. We had the best time! The home is extremely well equipped from the kitchen , baths, bedrooms and the outside yard was incredible. My grandson is only a few months old and the home allowed even my son and his wife to relax out by the pool or make a drink at the tiki bar while the baby napped. Although the home is close to amusements, restaurants etc we never were bored just hanging out at the house. Kim was extremely responsive to all of our questions and needs as well. I will book again!!

Family Vacation

This house was absolutely perfect! We shared the house with our family who came in from Georgia for our annual get together. The pool and bar area were just perfect for everyone to hang out all day and night. The putting green was an added bonus and there was plenty of room for all. I was impressed with the many different seating areas through the yard, and we used the fire pit almost every night. I also loved that there was everything you needed in the kitchen and throughout the house. I would definitely go back again, and the owner was great to deal with. I would rate this a 10+!!!

What a wonderful stay we had! The house was roomy and so well equipped with everything you need and more! The kids had a blast in the pool and loved playing on the putting green! The kids went fishing and crabbing in the bay, that was within walking distance to the house. The dogs had enough room to run! Pelican Island is a short distance from all the hub-bub at the boardwalk and beach and a short distance from multiple ice cream shops and grocery stores. The island itself was nice and quiet for a relaxing stay! Kimberlee was a fantastic host, easy to get in touch with for any questions we had! Hope to visit this beautiful home again!

You will NOT be disappointed in this lovely beach rental. The host is easy to communicate with, readily available and just all around a GREAT HOST that really cares about your experience. The house is BEYOND gorgeous and the amenities are spectacular. You will love staying at this beach house. She provides a lot of extras that make staying there extra special. 10 out of 10 for this property, would recommend this rental to anyone that wants a lux experience for a really good price.

The renters were the absolute amazing. They kept the property superior. They were easy to communicate with and stuck to all the house rules. Everything was amazing and they were the best tenants ever I would definitely rent to them again and recommend if they want to rent your place to take care of them.
