Amazing location close to several attractions. The home is comfortable with a good vibe and amenities throughout. We are glad to have experienced staying here and certainly would again upon the opportunity.
James and Brad were great communicators before, during and after our stay. The house had everything we needed. The beds were all super comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We loved sitting on the deck with the beautiful views of Pikes Peak!
The home is located close to great hiking trails in Divide, Florissant, Lake George, and Buena Vista.
We stayed for 7 weeks and never ran out of paces to hike. The home is also close to Colorado Springs and its airport. The temperatures during the summer were ideal for outdoor activities. We highly recommend this wonderful stay and hope to come back soon!
This was a perfect place for our getaway. It is centrally located to all the places we wanted to see. Quiet, peaceful and amazing views. There were small touches by the owners that really set this place apart. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again.
The cabin was very cute & clean. My daughter claimed the loft right away as her space and loved it! We also loved spending time in the hot tub, watching movies on the projector, and watching the deer hang out just off the deck. The owner was very responsive and seems to have thought of everything!
Comfortable, well appointed and cared for property. We especially enjoyed watching the full moon over Pikes Peak from the balcony. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
We made core memories while celebrating my sister’s dirty30 here. Pictures didn’t do justice as we felt the space was much nicer in person. Communication was fantastic. You won’t miss a thing or have a need unmet here. 10/10 would recommend
We had a great stay at this house. We stayed for 6nights and 7 days. It was clean, cozy, and the perfect size for our family of 5. It’s was only a short distance to all of the tourists locations we planned on visiting. It was also close enough to great town to get groceries and all the essentials we need. I would give this place a 5 star all day. We also plan to stay here again. The owners where so helpful and kind made our visit special.
This is an older property that has been nicely redone. It is modern and has great amenities. We enjoyed the view especially, beautiful sunrises!

About the host
Hosted by James Davis
Ever since I was young, I've been captivated by the Rocky Mountains. My parents brought our family to vacation all over Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming. I've been on a mission to move to Colorado ever since. Now that we have our own slice of Colorado, I'm sharing it with the world as a vacation home. I hope you will love it as much as I do!
Why they chose this property
From the first time I saw this house, I fell in love with it. It's quirky and unique, plus the view of Pikes Peak is gorgeous! Its close to Woodland Park food and groceries, and it's very close to HWY 24.
